Ordered a Garmin map on 18/9/2012. It is now 25/10/2012 and still haven't received the map. I have contacted them via email, but they have not responded to any of my messages. They were very efficient at taking my money though. Can anyone help me make contact with Vmaxx?

Terrible - Avoid like the plague. In stock item ordered nearly two weeks ago, money taken straight away - no item received! Do not answer phone, very very slow on email, when they do reply, broken promise and do not reply to follow on email! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We've placed an order with these guys 2 weeks ago. We haven't received our order nor have we received any communication from them nor can we get a hold of them after making multiple attempts to contact them.

Apalling customer service from Vmaxx.ie. The prices are ok, however the aftersales service I received was very poor. I will not be back and I cannot recommend this company
